Sending a Phone to Mobilogy's Warehouse

Overview 

In this article, you will find the information to send us a specific phone model to back up your request for adding a new phone to the list of supported phones.

 

Information

If you requested a new phone to be added to the phone support list, you can follow any of these two options:

• Ship it to our warehouse in Florida to forward it to Mexico City (this is less cumbersome if you are in the US) and send an email to logistics@mobilogy.com with the shipment details (tracking number, contents, etc.).

 

• Ship it directly to our lab in Mexico City to Futura Tech (Mexico) and send an email to april@futuratech.com.mx with the shipment details (tracking number, contents, etc.).
