There are some cases where you need to discuss pricing agreements with the Sales team in the middle of a negotiation phase. In such cases, you are allowed to request grace periods over the license expiration date, to ensure the service continuity and avoid inconveniences. in this article, you will find the process for requesting a grace period for an expired license (or soon to expire) license.
Solution
To request a Grace Period for Mobilogy Expired (or About to Expire) License, complete the following steps:
Please, create a ticket if you have not done so, and add the following information to the ticket:
Company:
Phone No.:
Type of request: (In this case, it should be temporary license extension)
License Number(s):
If you already created a ticket with Support, just add the information in the grey box to the ticket. A customer support rep. will get in touch with you and the service will be restored as soon as the Account Manager confirms.
