Contacts transfer via SIM card

OVERVIEW:

A customer requires to transfer contacts from a phone which doesn’t have any port of communication.

ISSUE:

The phone doesn’t have any port of communication.

ENVIRONMENT: Touch1, Touch2.

RESOLUTION:

Perform a Backup of the contacts to the SIM card (if they are not already backed up) then, using the Mobilogy device, create a backup of the phone SIM card contact list and Restore it to Target phone.
