Mobilogy Now: Downloading the Software

Follow these instructions to install the Mobilogy Now software onto your device. The device should have at least the minimum requirements outlined in the Mobilogy Now System Requirements. If you are using specialized hardware, you must enter the serial number of your device to obtain a custom installation script. For first time users, enter DEMO as the serial number to continue. It is best if you are accessing this page from the device you wish to install the software onto.

Mobilogy Now: Installing the Software

The Mobilogy Now software installation can be launched from an external USB drive or the Mobilogy website. This article explains how to install the Mobilogy Now software properly. The Mobilogy Now installation process is made up of three installers for fresh installations. These are the Software Installer, the Customer Pack, and the Utility Pack. The mobilogy_installer.bat script downloads the three installers and automatically runs them for you.

Mobilogy Now AppLoader (licensed separately) is the perfect solution for delivering valuable content and mobile applications to handsets. Using Mobilogy Now AppLoader, you can download media content and applications directly to the device without having to fall back on air time.

Mobilogy Now AppLoader enables content delivery packs to be updated automatically. It allows the dynamic customization of the user background, device type, content type, regions, and more.

Mobilogy Now: Buyback

Mobilogy Buyback (licensed separately) enables mobile operators and retailers to provide customers with Buyback offers on their old mobile devices. Buyback offers two customized workflows (configured on the Mobilogy Now platform upon purchase of a Buyback license): the Automatic Buyback flow and the Semi-Automatic Buyback flow

Buyback can be activated while the customer's device is connected to the Mobilogy Now platform, either for upgrading, transferring personal data to a new device, at the end of a failed diagnostics process, or as a separate service.
